A Perfect break fast which is better than noodles
In morning time a single man or woman wants to cook quick breakfast and they mostly prepares noodles or bread sandwich, because they want to save time so that can reach office on time. I think noodles and sandwich are not healthy for anybody if eat regularly. I am not saying these are bad even I like those as well and eat twice a week.
There is one another healthy breakfast which takes less time in cooking and is beneficial for health. I eat it almost regularly and cook it myself. I use green mutter, potatoes pieces, tomato and green chilly with flattened rice . There is no digesting problems eating it regularly.
Process is easy and anyone can cook it :
- Take 100 gms of flattened rice.
- Take 2 potatoes and cutt them in small pieces.
- Half of a tomato.
- Some green mutters.
- 1 or two green chilly
- Use salt and oil as per taste and digest capacity.
Then first fry to green mutter, tomato, potatoes in medium temperature for 5 minutes then mix the flattened rice with them and let them fry for another 10 minutes. It will looks like as bellow:
Is it easy to cook or not?
