Yum! I like to add green beans and/or strips of red pepper too.
And I actually tried this stew (I just call it stew) with different meats: beer, pork or chicken. All yummy!

Agree, I can imagine how yummy those variants are too! It's our portuguese cook style :)

I guess I am cooking Portu-Polish style and it is very alike. Though we do use different spices and herbs.

Ups, I forgot your other polish half ;) I have no clue how Polish food tastes like, but my cookings usually have onion and or garlic, olive oil and bay leaf! That's how it usually begin ;)

That's about it for us too :) We don't use as much cilantro as you do and I have tried it for the first time here and I love it. And probably more rapeseed oil than olive oil since we do not grow olives.

Yes, we use cilantro a lot, but in Alentejo region is where it's very popular! I've learned to love it too!
