Chicken Bong-Bong
Ingredients:
- Chicken breast - 100 g
- Peanut paste - 40 g
- Light soy sauce - 10 m
- Sugar - 5 g
- Sesame oil - 10 m
- Cucumber - 20 g
- Crushed cashew nuts - for decoration
- Sesame seeds (to taste)
How to cook:
Boil the chicken breast without skin, cool. For the sauce, mix peanut butter, light soy sauce, sugar and sesame oil. Chop chicken breast along the fibers, mix with half the sauce. Cucumber peel off the skins, cut into strips and mix with the remaining sauce. Lay the chicken and cucumber in the sauce in layers, decorate with crushed cashew nuts and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
