Ohhh I so love it when people get inspired by the food here. Today we served 5 free appetizer courses to vendors and attendees at a festival just north of Dallas. These were one bite wonders! People took one bite and just fell in love with us and our food. We got to share some top notch food with some people who were extremely appreciative and now inspired by what we had to share.
