Today we make a simple Schopska Salad - Heute machen wir Schopska Salat

Hey Steemit-Community,

my Name is Ernie and i show you in a little Food Picture Story how me and my roommate make a traditional balkan salad.

I hope I do not get chopped up.

Here is what we need:

4 tomatoes.
1 green cucumber.
4 fresh spicy peppers or 2 normal peppers.
5 spring onions.
120 g of sheep's milk cheese.
Vegetable or olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper
Tschubritza Spice Mixture (not necessary)

But First: Nose Test!

Next...to cut the vegetables

and the cheese

oil, spices, cheese and ready is a perfect meal

Mhm Yummy Yummy!

Ideal meal to enjoy with some bread or after pasta dishes.
