Fried Fish w/ Cabbage
This is the most favorite dish of all Filipinos here in the Philippines. May I share this simple recipe to the whole world? :)
Ingredients: fish (any kind of fish) - sliced or whole, cooking oil, 1 onion, 1 tomato, 2 gloves of garlic, scallions, cabbage (big or medium size)- thin sliced or chopped, black pepper , soy sauce (1 tbsp), pinch of salt, pinch of sugar or honey
How: 1. clean the fish and put some salt to it, heat the cooking oil, then ready to fry the fish. 2. after frying, saute the garlic, onion, tomato, and add 3 cups of water. 3. after boiling, put the fried fish and cabbage. 4. simmer for 3 to 5 minutes and put seasonings. 5. and your done, ready to serve!
