Fridays are probably everyone's fave days right?Just another chill day by myself. Trying to enjoy my left over lunch from yesterday but I have a lot of my mind that I dont have much of an appetite either.

What's everyone having for lunch today?

Had some typical Kenyan beef stew with some Chapati and steemed cabbage. Always a safe go to meal and it's very easy & fast to make.

I can't bring myself to have food without pepper/chilli nowadays.
It has kind of grown on me for a while now.
