Muy popular en reuniones familiares no falta en fiestas domingueras, ni el profecional sancochero conocidos por todos,
de muy simple preparacion hay hasta quienes dicen que tiene sus secretos practicados en la preparación.
los hay de pollo, gallina, pescado, carne y hasta cruzado de distintas manera carne con gallina y hasta cruzados mas osados carne, pollo y pescado.
una gran variedad de preparaciones que nunca deja de sorprender para todos los gustos y paladares exigentes.
de ingredientes básicos y sencillos un sancocho simple o basico el de costillas
INGREDIENTES:
costilla de res
yuca
apio
para
ocumo
ñame
aliños verdes (silantro,celery,ajoporro,)
pimenton
aji
cebolla
ajo
caldo de pollo
sal y pimienta al gusto
de preparación sencilla una vez peladas y limpias las verduras se llevan al fuego en un recipiente con agua hasta punto de hervor se le agrega la carne y el resto de los aliños se deja por espacio de hora y media o hasta que la carne este docil
