steamed rolls is China's traditional breakfast food, onion flavor suitable for any food dishes,
This is the first time I do steamed rolls, this operation is not particularly difficult, need to use the ingredients: High-gluten flour, yeast powder, onions, sugar, salt, edible oil


Making dough, the flour, yeast, sugar and salt in the bowl a little add water, winter fermentation time a little longer, about 1 hour


Roll the dough into a rectangular, about 5MM thickness, brush a little oil


Sprinkle with chopped green onion, from the sides to the middle fold, and then brush oil




Will be a good dough into a width of about 3CM small pieces

花卷是中国的传统早餐食品,花卷葱香的味道适合搭配任何菜肴食用,
这也是我第一次做花卷,这操作过程不是特别难,需要用到的食材
高筋面粉,酵母粉,葱,白砂糖,盐,食用油

  1. 制作面团,将面粉、酵母、白糖和盐放在碗里稍加搅拌后慢慢加入水,冬天发酵时间长一点,大概1小时左右
  2. 将面团擀成约长方型,厚度约5MM左右,刷上少许油
  3. 撒上葱花,从两侧向中间对折,然后再刷上油
  4. 将好的面团切成宽度约3CM的小块
  5. 用一根筷子顺着剂子的长度方向从中间压下去
  6. 做好的花卷入放入蒸窝15分钟. 就熟了
