The deslicious Pumpkin cakes (Original) 南瓜发糕

Many people like to eat pumpkin, there are many kinds of cooking methods.
Can be made into a dish, can also make a pumpkin pie, pumpkin soup, pumpkin cake, and today I do is pumpkin cake. Soft and sweet pumpkin cake child is love!
Materials:
Peeled pumpkin,flour ,sugar ,Yeast powder ,Red dates
The practice of pumpkin cake:

Pumpkin cut into pieces






Add sugar into pumpkin mud, cool stand-by






Stir into a paste


Coat the bottom and periphery of the mold with oil




Pour pumpkin paste, placed in warm and humid fermentation




After fermentation the pumpkin paste, put it into the steamer, steam for 25 minutes


let it cool




Release, can be cut

南瓜很多人喜欢吃,做法也有很多种。可以做成菜,也可以做南瓜饼、南瓜羹、南瓜糕, 我做的是南瓜发糕。香甜柔软的南瓜发糕小孩很喜欢!
用料 去皮南瓜,面粉,糖,酵母粉,水,红枣
南瓜发糕的做法:
1.南瓜切片,放电饭锅蒸格蒸熟(用你自己喜欢的方式煮熟南瓜就行,或蒸或煮或微波......)
2.趁热加入白糖压成南瓜泥,放凉后备用
3.把放凉的南瓜泥倒入面包机桶,加入其它全部材料;(水量不要一次全部下完,因为煮熟南瓜的方式不同,南瓜泥的水分不同,所以要根据实际情况来决定水量)
4.搅拌成糊状的南瓜面糊;(其实不是一定要用面包机来搅拌面糊的,我只是贪方便,一边吃饭一边让面包机帮忙搅拌而已,其实直接用筷子来搅拌均匀成为泥状也就可以的啦)
5.模具底部和周边涂一层黄油(或者沙拉油),装入南瓜面糊,放在温暖湿润处发酵至2倍大(我用的是6寸的戚风蛋糕模)
6.发酵完毕的南瓜面糊,把清洗干净擦干水分的枸杞子在面糊上面摆出自己喜欢的造型。放进蒸锅,大火至水开后,转中火,共25分钟,关火后,再焖5分钟
7.出炉后放凉;如果表面湿润(有倒汗水)的话可以把发糕倒扣在烤网上,如果感觉干爽就不用倒扣,放凉后再脱模
8.发糕放凉后,脱模,切块即可
