今天为steemit做的食物是松鼠桂鱼,需要用到的食材:桂鱼,淀粉,番茄酱,鲜汤,糖,大蒜,豌豆,猪油,香醋,黄酒,盐

  1. 将桂鱼洗干净,配料洗干净备用
  2. 用抹布按住鱼身,把鱼头切下,用快刀把鱼肉贴着骨头片开,割下的两片鱼肉,再切斜刀,成菱形刀纹
  3. 用料酒,盐分别抹撒在鱼身上,放置15分钟
  4. 抹上干淀粉
  5. 锅里倒入300ML食用油或菜仔油,用大火烧热,将鱼肉全部放入油锅炸至金黄色捞起沥油,摆入盘中
  6. 鱼头也炸成金黄色
  7. 将番茄酱放入碗内,加些鲜汤、糖、香醋、酒、生抽、湿淀粉拌和成调味汁
  8. 锅内留油少许,放入葱段煸香捞出加蒜末、 豌豆、下调味汁用大火烧浓,浇在鱼身上
    美味的松鼠桂鱼就可以吃了
