米粉蒸肉,是中国家庭的一道传统菜 ,米粉蒸肉里的肉最好选用五花肉,肥肉越多越好,油汁蒸出来就越多,但我们家小孩不爱吃肥肉,这道菜我只能多一些廋肉 :)
需要用到的食材:带皮五花肉,料酒,酱油,袋装米粉, 桂皮,葱,八角,白砂糖

  1. 将肉洗净,切成小块,袋装米粉用水泡2小时
  2. 将切好的肉放进铁碗里,放入酱油、料酒、腌制30分钟,使其均匀入味
  3. 倒入米粉拌均匀,放入蒸锅大火50分钟,倒扣倒入盘中,加点香葱就好了
    美味的米粉蒸肉加就可以吃了 :)
