Crispy Rice is a rural food, crisp taste by the people's favorite, Can we make a delicious crispy Rice at home? Yes, actually very simple!
Today, I would like to teach you how to make Crispy Rice, need to use the ingredients: glutinous rice, starch, onion, ginger, salt, vegetable oil (preferably rapeseed oil)

glutinous rice soaked in water, at least five hours or more, soaked glutinous rice volume increases, the color white


The glutinous rice filter, need half an hour

Add starch, the purpose is to make glutinous rice loose stained with starch


Mix all ingredients and wait for 5-10 minutes

锅巴是一道乡村美食,酥脆的口感深受人们的喜爱,能在家里做出好吃的锅巴吗?其实很简单!今天我要教你如何制作香脆锅巴,需要用到的食材: 糯米,淀粉,香葱,姜,食盐,植物油 (最好是菜籽油)

  1. 糯米浸泡在水中,至少五个小时以上,泡好的糯米体积增大,颜色发白
  2. 把糯米滤干,需要半小时
  3. 葱姜切末,和食盐一起加入糯米之中
  4. 加入淀粉,目的是让糯米松散的沾上淀粉
  5. 所有材料混合,等待5-10分钟
  6. 锅里倒入食用油,烧到六成热,油温不能不过热,小火慢烧
  7. 把做好的料少量倒入,炸到金黄,分多次炸完剩下的
    美味的香脆锅巴可以吃了,但一定等凉了再吃 :)
