The Delicious Crisp Cake (original) 美味的桃酥饼

Today my friends invited me and children to go to her home making cake, my friend she had never done pastries, the new oven, the first trial, the children like to eat biscuits, so the cake is made today, peach Shortcake, need to Use the ingredients:
Walnuts, peanuts, flour, butter, milk, eggs, black sesame, sugar

The walnut, peanuts made the walnut flour








Make dough, flour, add sugar, butter, milk, eggs, beaten with an electric blender hair bubble state










Add walnut powder and peanut powder, continue to stir




Do the dough for 30 minutes, the dough into about 20 grams of small pieces, rub into a round, pressed into a pie






Sprinkle with black sesame, preheat the oven 150 degrees, the pancake into the bake for 10 minutes (note not too long)






After cooling the crisp cake is really crisp

今天受朋友邀请,带孩子们一起去她家制作蛋糕,我朋友她以前从未做过糕点,新买的烤箱,第一次试用,孩子们喜欢吃桃酥饼,所以今天做的糕点是桃酥饼,需要用到的食材:
核桃仁,花生仁,面粉,黄油,牛奶,鸡蛋,黑芝麻,白砂糖

  1. 将核桃仁,花生仁做成粉
  2. 制做面团,面粉加入白砂糖,黄油,牛奶,鸡蛋,用电动搅拌器打成泡发状态
  3. 加入核桃粉和花生粉,继续搅拌
  4. 做好的面团放置30分钟, 将面团切成20克左右的小块,搓成圆形,压成饼状
  5. 撒上黑芝麻, 烤箱预热150度, 将面饼放入烤10分钟 (注意不能时间太长)
    冷却后的桃酥饼真的很酥,很好吃,不一会功夫,被小朋友抢吃光了,大朋友还一个都没有尝到!
