Fried cake (batagor)
BATAGOR is a fried cookie of tofu, tempeh and fried which is mentioned by aceh society "batagor" is also an abbreviation of the cake. But that's not the point. Which need to be noticed, this cake is basically from tofu and tempe. But after being packed and become "batagor" this cake is very tasty, this cake is packed with special recipe fried for batagor is much different from other fried recipes such as banana gireng and other fried.

Looks very tasteful, I have never seen that girengan. Because in my place there are no people who produce such fried foods, if any, just fried tempe and tofu, some only fried banana.
