Culinary Cuisine Aceh "Kolak" (Cagruek)

Hallo Steemians.

As usual, on fasting, the aceh community every day provides "kolak" (cagruek) cuisine for the preparation of breaking the fast.

"kolak" (cagruek) is one of culinary aceh cuisine, this cuisine has been done (cooked) by aceh society since yore, until today still in consumption by aceh society.

Besides in the month of fasting, aceh people also consume this culinary cuisine "kolak" (cagruek). but the habit of the people of Aceh to consume "kolak" in the morning as a substitute for breakfast.

As for the ingredients contained in this culinary cuisine "kolak" (cagruek) :

- watermelon

- green beans

- wood tubers

- Pandan leaves

- glutinous rice

- coconut milk

- sugar

- salt

Culinary cuisine is very tasty, many impression after the consumption, this cuisine is not in other areas, though there are, not the same, and not "kolak" (cagruek), but porridge similar to culinary cuisine Aceh (cagruek).
