Moho purple sweet potato
Ingredients
150 grams of purple sweet potato
250 grams of flour triangle
200 grams of sugar
250 ml thick coconut milk
100 ml of water
2 egg yolks (shake off)
1 tbsp fermipan
A pinch of salt
Step
Blend the sweet potatoes with the coconut milk until smooth, set aside.
Mix all ingredients in the basin, mix well and then strain, stir again smapai benar2 flat, cover the basin with plastic wrap, break the dough 2-3 hours
Prepare bolkus prints, match with papper cup, pour the batter until full but do not mix the dough again, just scooped from the top to the bottom until it runs out.
Put the dough into a very hot dumplings, steamed with a large fire until cooked for 15-20 minutes, lift, serve.
