A Special Sunday Treat! (Weston A Price Approved!)

I hope you are having a beautiful Sunday. We certainly are!
In this post, we're in the Autumn sun,enjoying some fine local Alpujarran delicacies, as well as a special treat, thanks to a friend from England.
It's also a good opportunity to talk about Weston A Price, a dentist who realised that the secret to tooth health is what you put into your body, rather than just the environment in your mouth. He did fascinating research into this and I find his philosophy of diet to be among the healthiest and most well rounded.
Not just for your teeth!
It largely focuses on a good balance of grass fed and unpasteurised natural meat and dairy, as well as plenty of good quality fruits and vegetables. It is the basis of the Bulletproof diet and has some similarities with Paleo eating, but with more variety, including the grass fed, high quality dairy products.

People who understand the Weston A. Price food recommendations are concerned about long term health and understand the importance of not following the "low-fat" narrative that is being pushed on the public. Thant is why I thought you would find the information in the video important so you can share with others how they are tinkering with the food now.
You've certainly put a lot of thought into your message and you have an amazing backdrop. I did Keto last year and lost 26 pounds. It would seem that most of the success was simply eliminating sugar. Here in the States the Dunkin' Donuts shops have a moto, "Americans run on Dunkin'", but the reality is Americans run on Sugar and Carbs.

Happy Sunday Sam! That wine looks tasty. Beautiful family you got there. Your daughter is cute. Another doctor who cured cancer just from diet that was supressed was Doctor Max Gerson. Sadly we don't have healthcare, we have Nazi Eugenics. No money in actually curing people is there? Too bad we can't cure greed.

Yup - Gerson can work for some people. I've got a friend who used it as part of her healing process. It's an intense process though and many people can't stick to it.

They give great info and it's a very unrestricted diet - clean, healthy food basically.
