Very Venezuelan Criollo Pabellón
Happy and blessed day for all this beautiful community that follows my food blog, today I want to show you this rich recipe of the typical dish of Venezuela.
Pabellon Criollo, the dish is composed of black beans, stewed meat, rice and bananas.
I want to leave you the complete process of the elaboration of this, it is a long work but it is worth, to see the final result, do not lose detail of the preparation of each of the components of this rich pavilion.
I want to show from the beginning all the preparation from the soaking of the black beans (caraotas for my country) until the final presentation.
Step-by-step procedure
Choose and soak the beans from the night before
** Place flame on high heat in pressure hose for about 45 minutes until softened **
** Then we chop the dressings and we have them ready to season and continue their cooking for a half hour more, that way they are ready, reserve **
** We continue cooking the meat for the wick, put them in the moult for the bite and then after being on the list of mechamos, during that process and we should have the chopped dressing to then sofreír and add the meat * *
