Food simmered over low heat ,with olive oil.or possibly without fat. Cooking traditionally done on braizer (kanoun in arabic). Perfect for isolated places .

1 Carrot
2 Tomato
3 potatoes
4 saddle of lamb
Also : Onion ,green olive ,llive oil.
