But now prepare to experience a multiple gastronomic orgasm: this "black lord" will change your opinion about fast food once and for all. It is huge, it is savory, it combines all the tastes from sweet to spicy at once. Yes, it is high-calorie. But having cooked it, you will get an unforgettable pleasure. Mentally? Then to the point!

Step-by-step instruction is given by the senior chef of the cafe-bar "Coal" Robert Kryuchkov.

What we need:

  • Black rolls with sesame (do not find such - prepare yourself with ink cuttlefish ink or food coloring, well, or use the usual: it will not look like it, but it will not affect the taste in principle)
  • Cutlet from beef minced meat (for sure you know how to cook it)
  • Frozen or fresh cherries
  • Sugar
  • Processed cheese such as "Hochland", grated Parmesan (normal Belarusian will do)
  • Bacon
  • Mayonnaise
  • A mixture of Provencal herbs in olive oil (you can make yourself: take dried herbs and mix it thoroughly with oil)
    mustard
  • A sprig of fresh rosemary for decoration (optional)

Prepare the first sauce - sweet. In a pot with a thick bottom throw about 100 g of cherries without pits, add 30 g of sugar and half a teaspoon of a mixture of Provencal herbs. Mix it, let it melt and pour out a little, to separate out the juice and the syrup thickens.

The second sauce - rich cheese. In the cup, mix mayonnaise (Robert used Japanese: it differs slightly from traditional - slightly acid), grated cheese and a spoonful of mustard.

On vegetable oil with a strong fire from both sides fry the slices of bacon. He must give off excess fat and become crispy, with a golden crust.

In the remaining fat from the bacon, fry the cutlet - about two minutes on each side. Turn off the fire. We take three slices of melted cheese, stack them one on top of the other on a cutlet, close the frying pan with a lid: under this cheese "coat" the meat will reach the required condition.

At this time, generously spread cheese-mayonnaise sauce on both sides of the bun.

We begin to celebrate the envy of Gargantua himself. We lay out on the bottom roll a cutlet with cheese "fur coat"

Carefully add cherry sauce with berries, slices of bacon and close our multi-storey structure with a "lid".
