Do you love strawberries?
Well who doesn't? That's my favorite fruit and I'm gonna reveal a few interesting things about this famous fruit.

Strawberries grow in bushes and are harvested 3-4 weeks after they blossom.
They are seasonal fruits and can be found in different shapes and varieties.
They are three types of strawberries :
- June-bearing strawberry
- Everbearing strawberry
- Day-neutral strawberry variety
- It improves your heart function
- Skin care effect
- Anti-aging
- Eye care
- Reduces high blood pressure
- Prevents cancer
- Boosts immunity
- Weight loss
Strawberries have a sweet, red color and juicy texture. They are rich with vitamins and minerals, folate, potassium, manganese and magnesium making them a very healthy food.
You should also have on mind that they have few calories. A cup of strawberries contains only 49 calories meaning you can almost eat as much as you want :)
They can be eaten fresh or added to fruit salads, cookies or homemade ice-cream. There are many possibilities with strawberries so it's all up to you and your imagination.
Also, you can use strawberry as a beauty hack. My favorite trick is strawberry teeth whitening. It's true, strawberries can help you whiten your teeths. All you need to do is rub a big, fresh strawberry on your teeths and rinse.
