Healthy Raffaello balls
This recipe is vegan and gluten-free. It's easy to make!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 4 tablespoons coconut butter
- ½ almonds
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoon coconut flakes to coat
- About 18 raw almonds for the core
- Blend coconut flakes, butter, almonds, honey and vanilla extract
- Roll into balls and push one almond inside each ball
- Dip into coconut flakes to coat
