Cream for pancakes
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup fresh berry
- 1 can heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Fresh berry for decoration
Instructions:
- Blend berry until smooth.
- In a bowl, combine cream, smoothie and vanilla
- Refrigerate for 30-45 minutes
- Enjoy each pancake with a dollop of berry cream and fresh berry
