Chocolate for breakfast
Chocolate,peanut butter & chia seeds pudding ...
This pudding you can eat for breakfast or snack.
This recipe has many healthy benefits, like:
- It's loaded with nutrients that promote good health
- It's powder with super food: chia seeds, maca powder and raw cacao
- It's packed with immune-boosting antioxidant
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 teaspoon maca powder
- 2 teaspoon peanut butter
- 2 tablespoon cacao powder
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- 4 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 teaspoon cocount oil
- 2 teaspoon cacao powder
- 1 banana
- Chopped nuts and goji berries for tooping
- Put all of ingredients for chia pudding in the blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Let it rest covered in the fridge for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it reaches a pudding – like consisteny.
- If you want you can serve chilled with desired topping-sliced banana,raw chocolate,crushed nuts and goji berries.
