Hi friends,

I found new amazing recipe for refreshing smoothie with cherries.

Cherry smoothie is super delicious and very healthy!

You can drink this smoothie for breakfast or after gym because the combination of cherries and cacao are good for your body relaxation and muscle recovery, especially after workout.

Cherries are not just beautiful and delicious but also rich in dietary fibers and vitamins such as vitamin A, B1, B2, B3, B6 as well as with minerals like potassium, calcium and magnesium.

They are one of the healthiest fruits, and some reasons why you should use them more in your diet are:

  • They are great for heart health
  • Full of antioxidants
  • They can make your skin glow
  • Help you with weight loss and
  • They contain melatonin which is good for nervous system and helps with body relaxation (That's one of reason why this smoothie is good after the gym and workout :))
  • So, as you can see this smoothie is a great way to start your day! To make this super smoothie you will need:

    • 1½ cup frozen cherries
    • 1 frozen banana
    • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
    • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
    • 1 cup water
    • Instructions:

      • Put all of the ingredients in the blender.
      • Blend until smooth puree.
      • P.S. Cherries must be pitted.
