Using Food Processors
I normally just use a sharp butcher knife most of the time in the kitchen but I do have 2 sizes of food processors (and a blender) which I use if I have a lot of vegetables to process at a time or if I want to puree vegetables for soup. One is a 3 cup processor which chops or grinds which I will use about once per week. A larger food processor I use infrequently (maybe a couple times in the year). However it never occurred to me to use a food processor to make bread/pizza dough. I tend to knead by hand but I can see that using a food processor might have its advantages.
