BOHEMIA CALUGAR TRADITIONAL food from Viena

Ingredient:

-2 medium onions
-1 carrot shavings (on large meshes)

  • 1 heel of the rods
    -1 small shot cut in quarter quarters
    -1 small squash sprouts cut into slice quarters
    -½ cup of small cauliflower in the bouquets
    -1 red peppers cut into the appropriate strips
    -3 tomatoes, ripe and sour, cubed
    -4-5 cloves of garlic slices

    salt and pepper
