CRAB MEAT WITH WATER CHESTNUTS, STUFFED INTO GRILLED COLORED BELL PEPPERS (MY ORIGINAL RECIPE)

HELLO DEAR STEEMIANS!

This recipe is very easy to do because the ingredients
are easily available in the market.

This recipe is very good as side dish for salad or starter.
Use crab meat that are fresh and lean or canned.

Ingredients:
Colored bell peppers (deseeded and grilled)
Water chestnuts (peeled and chopped finely)
Olive Oil
Sesame Sauce/dressing
Coriander (chopped roughly)
Lemon ( Juiced)
Salt and Pepper (for taste)

Deseeded Colored Bell Peppers

Grilling Colored Bell Peppers with Olive Oil and pinch of salt

Grilled Colored Bell Peppers

Water Chestnuts, peeled and finely chopped

Coriander chopped

Lemon

Sesame Sauce/Dressing

Crab Meat drained

Ready to serve!
