Tart with Kinder bars

Very delicious tart.I love it so much.

It is prepared in a flash, it is very easy and it is so good that you can not stop eating it ... I challenge anyone to stop at just one piece!
You can taste this original tart at any time of day, you can offer it to guests, serve it in a buffet or you can bring it to friends and family as greedy Christmas cadeaux, whatever the occasion you will do a great ... with the minimum effort.

INGREDIENTS:

1 medium cold egg
225 g of 00 flour + 25 g of starch
80 g of powdered sugar
20 g of honey
125 g of cold butter
peel of 1 lemon
5 g of lemon juice
a pinch of salt
the seeds of 1/2 berry of vanilla
chocolate chips at will
18/20 kinder bars
PREPARATION:
In a mixer (or by hand, with your fingertips), soak the butter with the flour.
Add the icing sugar and honey, the aromas, a pinch of salt, lemon juice and finally the egg. Start to knead and add the chocolate chips. Compact the mixture briefly until the dough is smooth. Wrap it in the film and transfer it to the fridge for at least half an hour.
Roll out 3/4 of the dough now firm with a 3/4 mm thick rolling pin. Cover a round or square 20/22 cm tart pan with parchment paper and place the pastry on it with a fairly high edge.
Put the chocolate bars on the pastry and cover the whole surface.
Roll out the rest of the dough and cover with it the bars, sealing the edges very well.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. The pastry should be just golden.
Let the tart cool before cutting it into squares or slices.
