ohhhhhhhhhhh I definitely have to try this salad!!!!! and custard in a dressing -mmmmmmmmmmmmmm how decadent! which is your favorite bean to use for the salad?
any white beans are great, but my favorite is to mix different beans, like chickpeas, butter beans and soya beans. You will love the dressing :)
