The famous Swee Choon Dim Sum in Singapore.

This is the very famous Dim Sum in Singapore which located in Jalan Besar.

They've expanding from 1 shop to 3 shops in the same row now. BUT it still pack of peoples every time we go.

这是一间在新加坡很出名瑞春点心餐厅。他们开到6点早晨。所以半夜饿了都有地方可去找吃。

This is the Char Siew Bao that I must order everytime I'm here. The inner char siew is sweet and taste amazing. Thr skin of the bao is not to thick. Perfect!!

这是叉烧包，皮薄内线也很好吃。

The portugese egg tarts skin have multiple layers and it's crispy and crunchy and the custard is sof and melt in your mouth and strong egg smell and sweet.

这蛋挞的千层皮很脆，内线的味道也好，滑和入口即化。

This is also the carrot cake that I definitely order. It's make from radish and you can taste a bit of dried shrimp inside. After frying it, you can have a crispyon the outside and soft in the inside.

这是萝卜糕，外层炸的很脆内层还是软软的。还可以咬到小虾米的香气。

This is Lo Mai Kai, the glutinous rice with a piece of mushroom, chinese sausage and chicken meat. It taste more or less like the dumpling.

糯米鸡里有一片香菇， 香肠和鸡肉。味道还不错。

This is Char Siew Rice. It is a steam rice with the Char Siew meat and a quarter of egg in it.

这就是蒸叉烧饭。

This is BBQ Pork Pastry. The inner part is the same as the Char Siew Bao. But the I thiml the pastry is too thick and char siew inside is too little.

叉烧酥，我个人觉得外皮太厚了而内层的线太少了。

This is Congee with Minced Pork and Century Egg. It's good to go with the dim sum if you like porridge.
