Week FOUR of #sixweekhealth : Avocado truffles 🥑 (almost chocolate)
Do you like chocolate? And avocado ? Let’s mix it 😉
- 70 gr cacao butter
- 2 tbsp carob powder
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 avocado 🥑
- 3 big dates
- 2 tbsp coconut flour 🥥
- Some spices you like (cardamom or cinnamon)
Melt cacao butter, add all ingredients and blend it. Form the truffles, sprinkle with carob and let it freeze in the fridge.

Those sound really interesting but I don't like dates. Do you think the recipe would work with prunes perhaps? I might give it a go. 😁
I think you can replace the dates for some coconut sugar, this will add crunchiness. And I didn’t tried this recipe with prunes, but you can conduct an experiment 😉
I didn't even know there was such a thing as coconut sugar. Will have to look out for it. 😊
