how to make Libyian soup

Dear Steemit, I added a delicious soup dish to your menu today.

This soup is light, tasty and easy to prepare.

Ingredients:-

1/2 kg lamb meat cut into small pieces
1 Cup of chickpeas drenched.   
4 cups water. 
3 tablespoons oil.
 A large onion ( chop).) .
1 tomato peeled and cut into small cubes.
3 tablespoons tomato paste.
1 teaspoon dry ground coriander.
 1 Teaspoon turmeric.
1/2 teaspoon paprika.
1  tablespoon dry mint. 
Salt and pepper. 
1Tablespoon lemon juice.

Preparation:-

 Heat a large non-stick saucepan over medium heat. put the oil then onions and then stir until it melts.
add the meat, chickpeas, tomato paste, tomatoes, and stir.  
 add salt, black pepper, coriander, turmeric, paprika keep stirring for 5 minutes.
 Add the water and cover the pot and leave for 45 - 50 minutes until the meat is cooked.
 Add dry mint and lemon juice and leave it to boil for 5 minutes.
Place the soup in the serving bowl and sprinkle with fresh mint leaves.
