Sourdough is delicious - but can be pretty tough to keep going if you only have two people eating it. The starter goes bad faster than you might be able to use it. A good bread to give away because you'll probably always have too much!
I thought it was going to taste like San Francisco sourdough.
It didn't taste like sourdough at all.
And I let it sit for a day or two.
I'll probably buy a starter next time, instead of trying to make my own.
