Seafood is glorious and easy to make

Hi all. Weather was really nice today, not too hot, not too cold, a bit windy ... soo grilling time.
Went to the market, bought some squid en gambas.

Back at home the the wife cleaned the squid (I have some pictures of that, but those are for when there's some horror picture contest :p). Then she threw together some garlic, ginger, olive oil, coriander, parsley, fish-sauce, salt, pepper and vinegar. After we dumped it on the seafood it went in the fridge for some hours and after we went for the kids at school it was grilling time.

Grill was red hot in 15 minutes ... kind of a windy situation remember ... and 15 minutes later some delicious seafood was ready. Served with grilled vegetables, potatoes and black rice.
