Perfectly logical. As you say, we are made up of our constituent components. You even brought up the important job of microbes in the soil. We ruin this biosphere when we over till the soil and as a result, our crops are not able to absorb the nutrience from the soil as well as how we do not NEED anything from animals and animal products.
