Ube

My sister cooked this delectable dessert we call ube halaya which is made using purple Yam as the main ingredient. The topping is made from coconut milk that was reduced into this solid brown bits. Yummy. I can feel Christmas is coming with all the local Pinoy delicacies they cooked today.
