Ingredients:

• 300 gm American corn kernels
• 1 cup refined oil
• 3 tablespoon coriander leaves
• 3 green chili
• 1 pinch turmeric
• 1 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
• 1/2 tablespoon rice flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 120 gm gram flour (Besan)
• 1/2 teaspoon red chili
• 1 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder

Prepare:

• Step 1
  To prepare this delicious formula, to begin with chopping inexperienced chilies and coriander leaves individually. Keep them aside for any usage.

• Step 2
  Take a bowl and add gram flour, rice flour, coriander powder, sliced inexperienced chilies, coriander leaves, water, salt and corn kernels to the bowl. combine all the ingredients properly creating a thick batter.

• Step 3
  Heat refined oil during a deep flat-bottomed pan unbroken on a medium flame and add containerful of pakora batter within the pan. Deep fry these pakoras till they flip golden brown in color. confiscate the pakoras on associate degree absorbent paper and serve hot.
