Manjar blanco
The white manjar is a sweet cream flavored with cinnamon and lemon peel that is taken as dessert. In the medieval kitchen is prepared with chicken breast, rice starch, sugar, almonds and sometimes milk and other ingredients
Bocadillo veleño
It's a sweet made from guayava, typical of Colombia, originating in the region of Vélez, Santander. It is the regional variant of guava candy known in several countries of the region as sandwich.
Panelitas de coco
The "panelitas" of milk is one of the traditional Colombian sweets, especially in the Valle del Cauca, the name of pancake is not because it has panela among its ingredients if not to its form, its main ingredients are coconut milk and Sugar as well

I'm in Ecuador and it's popular here too. I like it a lot. It's a light sweetness that isn't too strong. Of course, that makes it even more dangerous! :)
