THIS IS HOW MY BREAKFAST LOOKS LIKE - EASY RECIPE WITH PICTURES
I believe that breakfast is very important meal in the day - it is here to start off the day and you don't want to be hungry straight after breakfast. This one keeps me full for 3-4 hours without any problems so I can focus on other things.

1. Cut down some bacon and cheese
2. Cut down some cucumbers
3. Boil eggs and serve it all together
You are free to adjust the amounts of ingredients in order to satisfy your calorie intake, just keep in mind that this is a combination of protein and fat that will keep you full for longer period of time. Also, you are going to start off your day with a dose of protein that should be the base of every meal.
Eggs are great source of protein because they contain all essential amino-acids which puts them among the best protein sources.
