1 Down But Many Are Still Dancing
A luau is a traditional Hawaiian party or feast that has become popular worldwide!
Coconut bras and grass skirts make people automatically assume it is a luau, but it is not complete without a pig cooked whole. To some it may be quite an experience to see the animal you are eating. I understand, but believe it will bring you a new respect for your meat if you give it a try Now to stick with tradition the pig should be cooked over hot coals buried in a pit. I have participated in cooking a few over an open flame on a spit, and others have adjusted to using massive grills (seen above). However you decide to celebrate the dancing awesomeness, enjoy the PIG.
