Rice cake and Eggplant
Children's snack is usually the preferred food, so you should look for ideas to be very healthy without losing how appetizing and delicious they can be.
If your child does not want to eat fruits, vegetables or vegetables, the snacks are ideal for adding these foods making them very irresistible.

I'll try to explain detail to detail how to prepare this delicious cake:
INGREDIENTS
1.-1/2 cup of rice flour depending on the type, (you can also toast the rice and grind it at home)
2.-1/2 grated eggplant
3.-1 cup of white sugar
4.- 2 eggs
5.- ½ of liquid milk
6.- ½ cup margarine without salt
7.- 1 teaspoon vanilla
8.-1/2 teaspoon of white vinegar to let them
9.- 1- teaspoon of baking powder
Note: for a kilo: double the ingredients
PREPARATION
1.-In a bowl, add the sugar and butter and beat until the cream.
2.- Incorporate the eggs and beat again.
3.- Add the previously grated aubergine, the baking powder, the vinegar and the vanilla and beat until all the ingredients are united.
4.- Incorporate the flour together with the milk stirring slowly until it has a cake consistency.
5.- Grease the mold, (in my case use the cheese), butter is placed on the bottom and edges and flour, the mixture is incorporated and put into the oven previously heated to 180 degrees
7.- Cooking time 45 to 50 minutes, make the stick test. (in my case use an electric oven)
- Ready to snack
