Belakangan dunia permasakan Banda Aceh (ya elaaah dunia permasakan 😂) sedang marak dengan yang namanya banana nuget.
yaa eyke penasaran dong yaa pingin nyobain juga.
akhirnya pesan lah seporsi yang setengah lusin bagi bedua sama seorang kawan 😂.
pesannya melalui aplikasi Go-Food (apapun ceritanya abang2 go-food memang sangat membantu kala badai menghadang dan diri malas beranjak keluar 😂).
pesanannya nyampe dan kami langsung nyobain.
it really supprised me actually, karena rasanya itu sangat familiar.

akhirnya sangking penasarannya, aku search resepnya dari mbah Google.

bener aja, ternyata memang resepnya ini mirip sekali dengan resep "Leghok" yang dulu sering banget dibikinin sama almarhumah nenek aku.

*Ok bagi yang gak tau "Leghok", ini adalah salah satu makanan traditional yg ada di Aceh.
Mungkin sih daerah Indonesia lainnya juga punya jenis makanan ini di daerahnya, hanya saja mungkin dengan nama yang berbeda.
finally, I try to make it by my self. The steps are so simple, and here I'll share them to you below.
The ingredients:
5-6 pieces banana
2 eggs
5 tablespoons wheat flour
3 tablespoons sugar (or customize them to your taste )
a little salt and vanilla to taste.
steps:
puree the bananas,
beat the eggs and put them into a mashed banana
enter all the remaining ingredients,stir well,
insert the dough into a baking sheet that has been coated with oil paper (or it could also be covered the inside baking sheet with margarine and sprinkling flour thinly), steamed it until cooked,
then cut into small rectangles,
put into the flour liquid dough, then into "panir" flour and fried them.
Give chocolate for the topping or as your own taste.
