Hi welcome to all..Surur siamese vegetables is one of the traditional recipe of Indonesian cuisine is relatively easy to make. Pumpkin can be cooked in various ways. Mother can make vegetable lodeh squash, stir-fry or cook it with coconut milk.
One of the most popular squash dishes amongst culinary lovers in Indonesia is the stir-fried squash vegetable. This tasty tasty cuisine must often meet in homes, especially during Lebaran day because this vegetable is suitable combined with white rice. Although made from simple vegetables is also one of the favorite home menu in Indonesia. Yuk Bunda please check out the following recipe.
Material:
1 piece of squash
2 tablespoons oil for sauteing
½ teaspoon of sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
2 cm galangal
1 bay leaf
Spices:
1 small tomato
2 cloves of garlic
3 pieces of red onion
2 pieces of red pepper
How to make:
Clean the sap present on the squash by cutting the pumpkin into 2 parts. Swipe pumpkin until sap out.
Peel the pumpkin and grate the pumpkin until the shape is elongated
Sliced spice heels that have been prepared
Enter the flask and stir until wilted. Add water then mix with sugar and salt.
Wait until the water has thickened and seeped. Sauteed pumpkin ready to serve.
Hmm surely very good certainly this one vegetable and certainly will be very popular by the husband and children at home Mother, Mother can crave tofu or tempeh as a complementary and certainly no less delicious to eat.
