Did you ever had Strawberries with Sushi

A Saturday evening comes with good food and for sure with a #BeerSaturday.

This Saturday we had a couple of friends, a lot fish, some veggies and a huge amount of rice.

Rice preparation

Sushi means the art of sour rice.

Add some veggies

See our mix of veggies for the inside of the sushi roll. There is a wide range from mango, onion, carrot, cucumber and so much more.

Than a mix of different add ones like cream and goat cheese, lemon, Belgian mayonnaise with lemon and even garlic.

This time we hat strawberries as a highlight and I gave them a try.

Shrip strawberry sushi

Actually, it sounds a bit strange but the taste was unbelievable. The sour rice, the fish and than the sweet strawberry. So yummy.

That picture is from preparing the sushi and it now gets rolled and cut in pieces.

Tuna avocado sushi

Another very nice combination is the tuna with avocado and a lot other fresh stuff and finally some Belgian mayonnaise on top.

The main problem is not to add to much. Than you maybe can’t roll it anymore and you end up in a big mess.

Drink something with your Sushi

Guess what, a beer taste quite nice to all that different tastes and here we go.

I had a nice la chouffe together with the Sushi and this made my weekend really perfect

Back to real problems

It is soon weekend and there we have a way more important topic. Yes, I like to see your BeerSaturday post. But please no scam beer, we all prefer a nice and fresh cold real beer.
