Pork ribs - quick dinner for your husband

Today, I cook pork ribs, stewed with vegetables.

Pork ribs is a traditionally favorite men’s food. There are many ways to cook pork ribs, but my version is simple and easy to prepare. Choosing this method, you can be sure that your husband will be pleased.

We needed: 800gr pork ribs, potatoes 400g, 1 carrot, 2 onions, 3 cloves of garlic, olive oil, tomato paste, broth or water, spices.

We grind the garlic and onions

Fry in olive oil until golden brown

Lay out the ribs on the top of the vegetables and fry both sides

Add the potatoes, carrots, tomato paste and fry

Add the broth, salt, pepper, a little spice, like chili peppers, paprika, marjoram, coriander.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat and stew for 30-40 minutes.

Finished ribs is better served with greens. I think if you will add a bottle of beer to this dinner, your man will be perfectly happy.
