hello friend steemit everything tonight I will be happy how to make grilled fish how very easy following following recipe:
Material :
20 fish Grouper (to taste)
2 teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon sugar
Sweet soy sauce.

Ground spices
20 pieces of red onion
10 cloves of garlic
2 segments galangal
1 segment of ginger
1 tablespoon coriander
5 cm turmeric
4 candlenuts
1/2 teaspoon of pepper pepper.

How to make
Blend all the spices smooth, the body part of the fish, smear the fish with a spice fine and let stand in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Burn fish in grill pan or in embers while smeared with remaining seasoning & soy sauce until cooked, serve with sauce to taste and enjoy with your family
