Beautiful! I am very fond of Japanese food... not just because it is very flavourful, but also the presentation is always a work of art.
You're absolutely right, I am extremely impressed with the sushi chefs where they pay a lot of attention to details to perfect their dish before serving. I am very that glad you like it :D
