Working and giving the best of me is evident in the final result of my desserts.
Sometimes it is difficult to work under pressure but today one of my clients came at the last minute to she want that I prepare a lemon pie.
Despite not having much time to prepare this lemon pie, I did it and it's really good. And the client was very happy with the final result.
